Currently we have a number of different job positions available in California.

The employers wish to sponsor applicants in terms of the PERM labor certification process (EB-3) and subsequent I-140 immigrant petition process. The positions are for full-time work, being 35–40 hours per week, and the salary is between $16.50 per hour to $20.00 per hour depending on the nature of the employer’s business (fast food operations pay $20.00 per hour).

Applicants are required to provide the following data:

1. Biographic page of passport
2. Current physical residence
3. Last physical residence abroad
4. City/country of birth
5. If a student, I-20 forms
6. Copy of USA visa
7. If married, name of spouse and minor unmarried children under 21 years of age, including dates of birth and their cities/countries of birth
8. If in F-1 status, number of years still needed to complete their degree
