With over 50 years of legal and business experience across multiple continents, Brian J. Tannenbaum leads EB3pathway, a global immigration support firm dedicated to helping individuals and families obtain U.S. permanent residency through the EB-3 Unskilled Worker Visa. Under his leadership, the company has grown to serve clients in more than 100 countries, providing reliable guidance from job placement to post-arrival support.
Brian began his career as a senior partner at a top South African law firm, specializing in contract, real estate, and banking law, representing major banks, developers, and corporations. After relocating to the U.S., he transitioned into immigration consulting, collaborating with top law firms in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles. His areas of expertise include H-1B, TN, L-1A, E-2, PERM, EB-1C, EB-5, and Schedule A for nurses.
In addition to his legal accomplishments, Brian also led a successful children’s apparel business in California. Today, he continues to advise U.S. immigration firms, providing expert documentation and strategic support for complex employment-based visa cases.
